Buy Your Space While They Last
In January 1, 2005 I created this page. In four years it turned out that there were in excess of 7000 views a year. It also was indexed by the search engines, which helps your site, with the cross linking.
The price stays the same. The clock has been reset and this page will again run for another 4 years. (until January 31, 2014). Make your choice ASAP.
The price is $50 a square, this is a one time fee so basically its $12.50 a year. For $25 you can replace your banner anytime during the four years.
The page is linked to from a number of locations.
The minimum size is 50x50 pixels. You can buy any combination of them connected or not.
Example Pixel Sizes:

Each 50x50 block costs US$50, or $12.50 per year. You can buy as many blocks of pixels as you like, as long as there are some available. Please read all of the following T's & C's if you are about to buy some spaces - especially those marked in red. Just so we all know what the score is :)
Terms and Conditions
-
The minimum purchase is $50 (50x50 pixels), and the maximum purchase is whatever is left .
-
When you 'buy' my space you will not 'own' any part of the BillBoard page or this site, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be displayed on the BillBoard page in the respective space you have paid for.
-
You can change the image or link once you have submitted them, but there is a $25 "change fee", so you want to be sure of the image & link you want on the BillBoard page, which will be there for at least 4 years.
-
If your image and link are accepted and displayed on the BillBoard page, you cannot get a refund.
-
The site and the BillBoard page will be online for at least 4 years (starting from the day it launched), so at least until January 2014.
-
No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your space.
-
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
-
If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the BillBoard page, you can do that, but you will not get a refund and the space will become public ally available again.
-
Images must be the exact size you have paid for (e.g... 2500 pixels = 50x50 pixels)
-
Images must be in GIF or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size
-
Images must NOT be animated (imagine how messy the homepage would look).
-
Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://
-
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the web site you submit .
-
Funds must be fully received and cleared before your space goes live on the BillBoard page.
-
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but I'll try and keep these to a minimum
-
Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (e.g... in my Pay Pal or a check in my bank account), I will aim to get your space online within 24-48hrs (but please have patience if things kick off and loads of people order at the same time)
Pay Pal or a check are options for payment methods for purchasing your space.
Ok great, so now you're all set to buy some spaces.
OR...Send your check to:
William M. Pitzer, Living Trust
POBx 2591
Pasco, WA 993302-2591
Because the spaces are sold in $50 blocks, please ensure you order the correct quantity of blocks when ordering. Once you have paid for your spaces, please e-mail with the following:
-
Attach your image as a GIF or JPEG (must be correct size for the space purchased)
-
State where you want your graphic to be placed on the BillBoard.
-
State which web site you would like your graphic linked to (must begin with 'http://')
-
State what TITLE/ALT text you want for your image, max. 50 characters. TITLE/ALT text appears when people hover their cursor over your image.
