    Could be a solenoid valve not closing all the way on your spot free delivery system or city water feed on the high pressure pump stands.

    Offer "Bonus Time" Add Air dryers to 2 Bays - Bump up pressure in those bays - Charge 10-20% more for them and call the "Superbays"...

    If it is only the one bay it is likely a check valve issue. Could also be a siphon issue.
